TRUSTEES' SALE OF VALUABLE REAL ESTATE 1802 Arlington Blvd., Huntington, WV 25705 The undersigned Trustees, by virtue of the authority vested in them by that certain deed of trust dated July 26, 2003, and duly recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, in Deed of Trust Book 1863, at page 198, Claudia J Ross and Larry Joe Ross did convey unto R. Vance Golden, III, Trustee, certain real property described in said deed of trust; and the beneficiary has elected to appoint Terra Abstract Trustee West Virginia Inc. as substitute Trustees by a Substitution of Trustee recorded in the aforesaid Clerk's Office; and default having been made under the aforementioned deed of trust and the undersigned Trustees, having been instructed by the secured party to foreclose thereunder, will offer for sale at public auction at the front door of the Cabell County Courthouse, 750 5th Avenue, Huntington, West Virginia 25701 on: February 21, 2017 At 3:06 PM All that certain lot, piece of parcel of land situated in the City of Huntington, Cabell County, West Virginia, known and designated on a Revised Map of ARLINGTON, a copy of which map was filed in the office of the Clerk of the County Court of Cabell County, West Virginia, on 30, December, 1926 in Map Book 3, as Map 68, as LOT NO. ONE HUNDRED THIRTEEN (113) and THE SOUTHERLY 2.6 FEET OF LOT NO. ONE HUNDRED FOURTEEN (114), and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point in the east line of Arlington Boulevard at the corner between Lots 112 and 113, as shown on said map; thence with the said line of Arlington Boulevard, northerly passing at 40 feet the corner between Lots 113 and 114, in all 42.6 feet; thence easterly, parallel to and 2.6 feet north of the line between said Lots 113 and 114, 120 feet; thence southerly and parallel to the said line of Arlington Boulevard, 42.6 feet to the easterly corner between said Lots 112 and 113; thence with the line between said lots, westerly 120 feet to the point of BEGINNING.
