Azariah Samuel White was born on June 12, 2007 in Huntington, Cabell County, West Virginia. The biological mother of said minor child is Aimee Lee Burch of Huntington, Cabell County, West Virginia. Based upon information and belief the minor child's biological father is Unknown whose address is unknown. Any persons believing that they may be the biological father of said child, or any person desiring to object to the granting of the said Petition may do so by filing an objection in writing with the Clerk in the above-styled matter on or before January 24, 2017 or you may appear at the final hearing to be held in this matter at 9:00 a.m. on January 24, 2017, which hearing will come on before the Honorable Alfred E.
