AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE Notice of Application Notice is given that Allevard Sogefi USA, Inc. has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a Modification Permit for filter element production lines and injection molding equipment located at 1389 Round Bound Road, Old Route 52, in Prichard, in Wayne County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 38.2361972 and -82.60681944. The applicant is adding the injection molding equipment to the existing permit and changing how compliance will be demonstrated for Volatile Organic Compounds and Formaldehyde emissions. The applicant estimates the increased potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be: Carbon Monoxide 2.88 Tons/Year, Volatile Organic Compounds: 32.37 Tons/year Formaldehyde: 0.495 Tons/Year, Phenol: 2 Tons/Year. Nitrogen Oxides: 0.74 Tons/Year, Sulfur Dioxide -1.74 Tons/Year and Particulate Matter (PM Total, PM10 and PM 2.5): 1.70 Tons/Year. Startup of operation is planned to begin on or about the 1st day of June, 2017.
