NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE Notice is hereby given that by virtue of authority vested in the undersigned Trustee by that certain deed of trust executed by Albee, LLC, toW. Dan Egnor, Trustee, dated the 5th day of February, 2014, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Wayne County, West Virginia, in Trust Deed Book No. 753, at page 827, by which was conveyed to the said Trustee the hereinafter described real estate, to secure the payment of a certain note set out and described therein, and default having been made in the payment of said note, and the said W.
