PROCEDURAL ORDER Johnny Forth, dba JC Hauling & Moving (''Forth'') has filed an application for a permit: To operate as a common carrier in the transportation of household goods to and from points and places in Cabell County, West Virginia, to and from points and places in West Virginia. Rates: $100.00 per hour for a three person crew $75.00 per hour for a two person crew. IT IS THEREFORE, ORDERED that Forth give notice of the filing of the application, by publishing a copy of this order once in a qualified newspaper as provided in W.Va. Code 59-3-1 et seq., published and of general circulation in Cabell County, making due return to this Commission of proper certification of publication immediately after publication. Anyone desiring to protest or intervene should file a written protest or notice of intervention within ten days following the date of this publication unless otherwise modified by Commission order. If no protests are received, the Commission may grant the request without a hearing.
