NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED FINANCING OF EQUIPMENT BY THE WINFIELD VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT, INC. Notice is hereby given that The Winfield Volunteer Fire Department, Inc. (the "Issuer") will meet on Monday April, 3, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. at their headquarters for the purpose of holding a public hearing pursuant to the requirements of Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, on a proposal that the Issuer enter into a lease-purchase agreement in order to refinance One (1) 2015 International Pumper Truck. Said equipment is to be located on 45 Main Street, Winfield, West Virginia 25213. To finance the costs of the equipment and to pay costs and expenses incidental to the financing, the Issuer proposes to enter into a lease-purchase agreement in the maximum aggregate principal amount not to exceed $185,000.00. The Issuer will be required to pay all expenses of operating, maintaining and insuring the equipment. The rental payments due pursuant to the lease-purchase agreement will be secured by a security interest in the equipment. All persons interested may appear and be heard at said time and place or may file written comments with the Fire Chief of the Issuer prior to the date of the hearing set forth hereinabove.
