NOTICE OF TRUSTEE SALE Notice is hereby given that on the 10th day of April, 2017, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., at the east front door of the Cabell County Courthouse, the undersigned will sell at public auction the below described real property to the highest bidder. The terms of the sale shall be cash in hand paid on the date of sale. Default has been made in the terms of the below described trust deed. Said sale shall be made pursuant to the authority granted the undersigned Trustee by that certain deed of trust dated the 18th day of December, 2008, wherein Kenneth Lester Fuller and Janet Sue Fuller, were the GRANTORS; and John Warren Stapleton and Scott G.
