Invitation to Bid Marshall University, on behalf of Board of Governors, invites sealed bids to provide all Work, including but not limited to labor, material, equipment, supplies and transportation for: Smith Music Hall Renovations, Marshall University, Huntington, WV. A mandatory pre-bid meeting shall be held at 10:00 AM on April 5, 2017 at the Smith Music Recital Hall located on the corner of 3rd Avenue and Hal Greer Blvd., Marshall University. Attendance is mandatory for all General, Mechanical, and Electrical Contractors. All Bidders must attend the pre-bid meeting to familiarize themselves with the project location, site conditions, and other relevant information. Should any Bidder fail to attend, their Bid will be disqualified. Sealed bids shall be accepted until 3:00 PM on April 19, 2017. At that time bids will be opened, read aloud, and recorded in Room #125, Office of Purchasing, Old Main Building, Marshall University. Technical questions concerning the Bidding Documents should be directed to ZMM Inc., 222 Lee Street, Charleston, WV 25302. A $100.00 deposit is required per each set.
