Howard Jr. ORDER OF PUBLICATION The object of the above entitled action is to seek an order/writ of ejectment and claim for unlawful detainer against the defendants for certain real estate located in Guyandotte District, Cabell County under the provisions of Code 55-4-1 and 55-3-1 et seq. of the Official Code of the State of West Virginia of 1931, as amended. Said property is more specifically identified in the Complaint/Declaration. It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that pursuant to W.Va. Code 55-4-8 the Defendants do not reside in the State of West Virginia. It is therefore Ordered that defendants Raymond Brown and Ruby Brown do appear and serve upon Charles Houdyschell Jr., Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is P.O. Box 880, Huntington, WV 25712, an answer or other defense to the Complaint/Declaration filed in this action on or before May 1, 2017, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against them at any time thereafter.
