PY 2017 - 2018 WV WEATHERIZATION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM State Plan PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE: Availability of a federal grant plan for public review for the proposed use and distribution of funds. The purpose is to receive comment on the proposed use of funds for 2017. The grant reviewed will be the Department of Energy (US DOE) Weatherization Assistance Program. A public hearing will be held on Thursday, April 13, 2017, at 10:00 AM, at 1900 Kanawha Blvd., East, Capitol Complex, Building 6, Room 553, Conference Room 5C. All written comments must be received before 5:00 PM on April 13, 2017.
