REQUEST FOR BIDS The Logan County Commission is seeking sealed bids for the purpose of constructing single-family home foundations. This project must be in compliance with teh 2015 International Building Code. Foundations must be constructed to current selsmic, wind and flood resistant requirements. Bids must be submitted as per hourly rate based on prevailing wage. All current local, State and Federal regulations shall apply. All bids must be received by the close of business on May 17, 2017. Bids will be opened at the Logan County Courthouse, Room 104, 300 Stratton Street, Logan, WV 25601, at 11:00 o'clock a.m. on May 19, 2017.
