Invitation to Bid Marshall University, on behalf of Board of Governors, invites sealed bids for Pressure Washing and Grouting of Tiles for the Henderson Center Pool. A mandatory pre-bid meeting shall be held at 10:00 AM on June 1, 2017 at the Sorrell Maintenance Building - 2nd Floor Conference Room, located on the main campus of Marshall University. Attendance is mandatory for all interested parties. All Bidders must attend the pre-bid meeting to familiarize themselves with the project location, site conditions, and other relevant information. Should any Bidder fail to attend, their Bid will be disqualified. Sealed bids shall be accepted until 3:00 PM on June 8, 2017. At that time bids will be opened, read aloud, and recorded in Room # 125, Office of Purchasing, Old Main Building, Marshall University.
