Said Petition for Condemnation and for Right of Entry under the West Virginia laws of eminent domain seeks condemnation and right of entry on behalf of AEP West Virginia Transmission Company, Inc. for approximately 0.24 acres of property in Grant District, Cabell County, West Virginia, included as part of Tax Map 26, Parcel 9, and being along the border between said property and its adjoining property designated Tax Map 26, Parcel 50. The Unknown Heirs of Jacqueline C.
