AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE Notice of Application Notice is given that Greenbrier Minerals, LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a General Permit Registration Modification of a coal preparation plant facility located at Saunders in Logan County, West Virginia. Facility coordinates are as follows: latitude 37.797317 and longitude 81.666944. The applicant estimates the changes in the potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be: a decrease in the particulate matter baseline emissions of 23 tons per year, a decrease in the point source emissions particulate matter less than 10 microns of 11 tons per year, and an increase of 158 tons per year of the controlled facility emission total. The total controlled potential to emit for particulate matter less than 10 microns Point Source Emissions is 64 tons per year. The controlled Facility Emissions Total for particulate matter less than 10 microns will be 544 tons per year. Startup of operation is planned to begin upon permit approval.
