NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE Notice is hereby given that by virtue of the following deed of trust: Deed of Trust dated January 21, 2014 made by Betty McFarland aka Betty Ann McFarland, unmarried, to Christopher J. Default having been made in the payment of the obligations secured by such deed of trust, the undersigned, Christopher J.
