Invitation to Bid Marshall University, on behalf of the board of Governors, invites sealed bids for Certified Master Plumbers to perform plumbing services for the Marshall University Athletic Department. This is an Open End Contract with four (4) optional renewals. A mandatory pre-bid meeting shall be held at 10:00 AM on August 17, 2017 in the Big Green Room at the Joan C. Edwards Stadium, located on the main campus of Marshall University. Attendance is mandatory for all Certified Plumbers. All Bidders must attend the pre-bid meeting to familiarize themselves with the projece location, iste conditions, and other relevant information. Should any Bidder fail to attend, their Bid will be disqualified. Sealed bids shall be accepted until 3:00 PM on August 22, 2017. At that time bids will be opened, read aloud, and recorded in Room #125, Office of Purchasing, Old Main Building, Marshall University.
