NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE Notice is hereby given that by virtue of authority vested in the undersigned Trustee by that certain deed of trust executed by MICHAEL E. SPURLOCK to K.E. MCGINNIS AND J. MAURICE CLARK, Trustees, securing unto HUNTINGTON FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK, dated the 31't day of August, 2010, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, in Trust Deed Book No. 2346, at page 622, by which was conveyed to the said Trustees the hereinafter described real estate, to secure the payment of a certain note set out and described therein, and the owner and holders of said note, in exercise of the right and authority granted in the aforementioned deed of trust, having appointed KERRY E. ADKINS as Substitute Trustee, by that certain Appointment of Substitute Trustee dated the 30th day of June, 2017, and recorded in the aforesaid Clerk's Office in Bonds, Contracts and Leases Book 390, at page 647, and default having been made in the payment of said note, and the said KERRY E. ADKINS, Substitute Trustee, having been requested so to do by the owner and holder of said note, shall sell to the highest and best bidder, on September 6, 2017 at 10:00 o'clock A.M., at the east front door of the Court House of Cabell County, West Virginia, the following described real estate: All that certain lots, pieces or parcels of ground situate in the City of Huntington, Cabell County, West Virginia, known and designated on the Map of Perry Russell's Addition to Huntington, West Virginia, filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Connty Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, in Map Book 2 as Map 87, as Lots Number Twenty-six (26) and Twenty-seven (27) EXCEPTING AND RESERVING that northerly portion of said lots conveyed to Claude Carper Mullens and wife by deed of record int he aforesaid Clerk's Office in Deed Book 515 at page 97.
