NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE is hereby given pursuant to and by virtue of the authority vested in the Substitute Trustee, WV Trustee Services, LLC, by that certain Deed of Trust dated August 9, 2007, executed by Borrower(s), Ronald J. Mullins and Sherry A. Mullins, to Jerry R. White, the Trustee of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Logan County, West Virginia, in Book 547, at Page 138. At the time of the execution of the Deed of Trust, this property was reported to have a mailing address of 1303 Huff Ck Highway, Davin, WV 25617. WV Trustee Services, LLC were appointed as Substitute Trustees by APPOINTMENT OF SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE dated August 24, 2016, of record in the Clerk's Office in Book 631, Page 650. The borrower(s) defaulted under the Note and Deed of Trust and the Substitute Trustees have been instructed to foreclose under the Deed of Trust. Dugan and Juanita Dugan, husband and wife as joint tenants with right of survivorship, by that certain deed dated June 17, 1970, recorded in the Logan County Clerk's Office In Deed Book 334, et Page 499.The said John P. Dugan died testate on June 14, 1998, thereby vesting and undivided interest in the above-described real estate in the name of the Grantor herein, pursant to the survivorship provisions in the aforesaid deed. Being the same property conveyed to Ronald J. Mullins and Sherry A. Mullins by the Deed dated August 8, 2007 and recorded in Deed Book 586 at Page 281 in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Logan County, West Virginia.
