CONTRACTORS REQUEST FOR QUOTATION OFFER TO BID American Legion Post 140, PO Box 267 140 Mill St, New Haven, WV 25265-026715 September 2016 is seeking solicitations and sealed bids for Request for Quotations on two capital improvement projects at the current premises in New Haven, WV. Project No. 1 is a 14' X 20' X 7.5' enclosed deck addition to the existing building. Bidding will close October 20, 2016 with contract awarded by November 1, 2016. Project completion is anticipated prior to November 20, 2016. Project No. 2 is a 30' X 60' X 10' free standing pole building on site adjacent to the existing building. Bidding will close December 1, 2016 with subsequent contract by January 1, 2017. Project completion will be determined at awarding conference. Project specifications and draft illustrations are available to any interested WV licensed and insured contractor by telephone request at 860-481-0814. Submissions must be mailed to the Post address and will not be accepted without a Certificate of Insurance or postmarked after the specified date for each Project. Contracts will be awarded to the most qualified and equitable bidder, as determined by the American Legion Post 140.
