NOTICE TOWN OF CHAPMANVILLE LOGAN COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA Notice is hereby given that the Town of Chapmanville, a municipal corporation, will hold a public hearing before the final vote on a proposed ordinance, the principal object of which is the increase of water rates, charges and delayed payment penalties for customers of the potable water distribution system operated by the Town of Chapmanville Water and Sewer Department. The title of such ordinance is an "Ordinance of the Town of Chapmanville, Logan County, West Virginia, amending and reenacting the establishment and fixing of rates, charges and delayed penalty charges for water service for customers of the Town of Chapmanville Water and Sewer Department, Logan County, West Virginia. "The public hearing and final vote on the adoption of the proposed ordinance shall be held at the Tracy Vickers Community Center, 68 Boise Street, Chapmanville, West Virginia on September 11, 2017 beginning at 6:30 p.m. The Public Hearing will commence at 6:30 p.m. followed by the Town Council meeting at 7:00 p.m. Interested parties may appear and be heard at such time with respect to the passage of the proposed ordinance.
