REQUESTS FOR PROPOSALS ADVERTISEMENT Huntington, West Virginia, USA HUNTINGTON TRI-STATE AIRPORT SURFACE LOT RESTORATION WRC 13-3289.00 Proposals, subject to the conditions contained herein, will be received by the Huntington Tri-State Airport, 1449 Airport Road, Huntington, West Virginia 25704, or jbrienza@tristateairport.com, until 01:00 p.m. local time on Friday, September 8, 2017, at which time the bid is closed and submittals will be reviewed and tabulated. The proposed project, detailed in the construction plans and specifications, is generally described as: Seal Coat Surface Lots. This project will consist of performing crack repair, application of a rejuvenating seal coat, pavement markings on surface parking lots, and sign installation. There is some electrical and equipment relocation required. Additional Notices: A Pre-Bid meeting will not be held. Bidders that would like to visit the site should contact Brent Brown, Deputy Airport Director, Phone: 304-453-6165 ext. 320, to arrange a site visit. The bidder must supply all information required by the proposal form. Bids must be submitted on the specified Proposal Form and acceptance by the Sponsor shall constitute a Contract. Modification to bid documents may only be made by written addendum. The proposal that is selected will be based on the lowest aggregate bid submitted. The Owner reserves the right to select any one of the combinations of individual bid line items that best serves the Owner's interest. Bids may be held by the Huntington Tri-State Airport Authority for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of evaluating bids prior to award of contract.
