The auction will consist of the following real estate: Tug River District, Mingo County Lilly addition (Litton Hollow) Town of Chattaroy The surface of lots Nos. thirty-one (31) and thirty-two (32) of the Lilly Addition to the Town of Chattaroy, in said district, County, and State as the same are shown on a map thereof, recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Mingo County, West Virginia, in Plat Cabinet "C", Slide 205 (formerly in Map Book 5) as part of a deed recorded therein in Deed Book 120, at page 450. Auction will be held on the front steps of the Mingo County Courthouse located at 78 East 2nd Ave, Williamson WV 25661. Cash or checks will be acceptable. The real estate will be sold "as is".
