NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE Notice is hereby given that by virtue of authority vested in the undersigned Trustee by that certain deed of trust executed by THOMAS J. MATHEWS and KIMBERLY MATHEWS to J. GRANT MCGUIRE and J. PATRICK JONES, dated the 21st day of August, 2015, securing FIRST SENTRY BANK, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, in Trust Deed Book No. 2585, at page 123, by which was conveyed to the said Trustee the hereinafter described real estate, to secure the payment of a certain note set out and described therein, and the owner and holders of said note, in exercise of the right and authority granted in the aforementioned deed of trust, having appointed FLYNN, MAX, MILLER & MILLER as Substitute Trustee, by that certain Appointment of Substitute Trustee dated the 21st day of August, 2017, and recorded in the aforesaid Clerk's Office in Bonds, Contracts and Leases Book 390, at page 746, and default having been made in the payment of said note, and the said FLYNN, MAX, MILLER & MILLER, Substitute Trustee, having been requested so to do by the owner and holder of said note, shall sell to the highest and best bidder, on September 20, 2017 at 10:05 A.M., at the East Front Door of the Court House of Cabell County, West Virginia, the following described real estate: All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land situate in Barboursville District, Cabell County, West Virginia, known and designated on a map of Section Three (3) Timberlake, a copy of which map was recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia on the 2nd day of July 1976, in Map Book 9, as Map No. 67, Lot No. 82.
