NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S SALE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that by virtue of authority vested in the undersigned Substitute Trustee by that certain Deed of Trust executed by Pamela L. McCallister, to Robert E. Vital, Truestee, dated the 15th day of March, 2001, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, in Trustee Deed Book No. 1664, Pg. 221, which conveyed unto the said Trustees the hereinafter described real estate to secure the payment of that certain indebtedness set out and described therein, and by Substitution of Trustee Agreement dated the 14th day of July, 2017, whererin the undersigned Trustee was appointed as successor to Robert E. Vital, Trustee, and default having been made pursuant to said Deed of Trust, and Successor Trustee, Paul J.
