NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S SALE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that by virtue of authority vested in the undersigned Substitute Trustee by that certain Deed of Trust executed by Pamela L. McCallister, to Robert E. Vital, Truestee, dated the 15th day of March, 2001, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, in Trustee Deed Book No. 1664, Pg. 221, which conveyed unto the said Trustees the hereinafter described real estate to secure the payment of that certain indebtedness set out and described therein, and by Substitution of Trustee Agreement dated the 14th day of July, 2017, whererin the undersigned Trustee was appointed as successor to Robert E. Vital, Trustee, and default having been made pursuant to said Deed of Trust, and Successor Trustee, Paul J. Prunty as Trustee, having been requested so to do by the owner and holder of said indebtedness, shall sell to the highest and best bidder, on Thursday, the 28th day of September, 2017, at 10:00 a.m., at the front door of the Courthouse of Cabell County, West Virginia, the real estate commonly known as 415 5th Street W, Huntington, West Virginia and described as follows: All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land situated in the City of Huntington, Cabell County, West Virginia, known and designated on a map of Miller Subdivision of Blocks 23 to 26, Inclusive, Central City, a copy of which map is of record in the Cabell County Court Clerk's Office in Deed Book 68, at Page 446, as PARTS OF LOTS NOS. 1,2 and 3, BLOCK NO. 23, and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point in the west line of Fifth Street West, which point is southerly 123.66 feet from the point of intersection of the said line of Fifth Street West with the south line of Washington Avenue; thence with the said line of Fifth Street West, southerly 31.6 feet to a point in the north line of a 20 foot alley; thence with said alley line, westerly 79.5 feet; thence northerly at right angles to said alley line, 27.7 feet; thence northerly at right angles to said alley line, 27.7 feet; thence easterly approximately at right angles to the said line of Fifth Street West, 78.2 feet to the point of BEGINNING. TERMS OF SALE: Cash in hand on day of sale, subject to real property taxes assessed and unpaid against said property.
