NOTICE The West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources (DHHR) is announcing a public hearing for the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP). The LIHEAP program assists eligible households with their winter heating costs. A public hearing of this program will be held on September 25, 2017, at 350 Capitol Street, Charleston, WV 25301, Room 614 from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Public participation is welcome. The plan will also be available for public review and comment online at www.dhhr.wv.gov/bcf/Services/familyassistance. The LIHEAP State Plan will be available for public comment until midnight on September 25, 2017.
