NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE Under authority of that certain Deed of Trust dated November 29, 2006, from Lucas Workman and Debra K. Workman to Pam Smoljanovich, Trustee, of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Logan County, West Virginia in Lien Book No. 539, at page 145, securing a promissory note in the principal amount of $152,406.26 payable to Tammac Holdings Corporation, and default having been made under the promissory note secured by the aforesaid Deed of Trust and sale requested by Tammac Holdings Corporation, the undersigned Successor Trustee will offer for sale at the front door of the Logan County Courthouse in Logan, West Virginia on October 12, 2017 at 11:45 a.m., subject to all reservations, exceptions, easements and other matters which appear of record, and subject to all unpaid taxes, if any, the following described property, together with the improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging: All that certain parcels of land situate in or near the Town of Big Creek, in Guyan District, Logan County, West Virginia, and described as follows: Parcel No. 5 hill land as shown on Map No. 2, Page 50 of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Logan County, West Virginia, containing 15.9 acres and more particularly described in the same division of the W.
