INVITATION TO BID Coalfield Community Action Partnership Inc. will receive bids for renovation of a building in Roderfield, WV. The facility will be utilized as the administrative offices for Coalfield CAP, Inc. Head Start in McDowell County, WV. Bids must be sealed and will be accepted through Tuesday, October 17, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. at the offices of Coalfield Community Action Partnership Inc., 1626 West 3rd Avenue, Williamson, WV 25661. Bids must be either mailed to: Coalfield Community Action Partnership, Inc., PO Box 1406, Williamson WV 25661, or dropped off at the Central Office at 1626 West 3rd Avenue, Williamson WV. Please mark the outside of the envelope "SEALED BID".
