NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE Notice is hereby given that by virtue of the following deed of trust: Deed of Trust dated September 23, 2014 made by Brad Workman aka Brad N. Workman and Mallissa D. Robertson a/k/a Mallissa D. Workman, his wife, to Christopher J. Plybon., Trustee, for the benefit of Community Trust Bank, Inc., which deed of trust is of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Mingo County, West Virginia, in Trust Deed Book No. 451, at Page 135. Default having been made in the payment of the obligations secured by such deed of trust, the undersigned, Christopher J. Plybon, Trustee, having been required to do so by Community Trust Bank, Inc., the holder of the obligations secured thereby, and having full and absolute power and authority in the premises, will on the 30th day of October, 2017, at 10:30 a.m. Eastern Time, offer for sale and sell at public auction, for cash to the highest bidder, at the main front door of the Courthouse of Mingo County, at 75 East Second Avenue, Williamson, West Virginia, the following described property: That certain lot, piece or parcel of real estate, known as Lot 193, locate and situate in the Lilly Addition to the Town of Chattaroy, Tug River District, Mingo County, West Virginia, and more particularly described as follows, to wit: The said lot hereby conveyed fronts 73.82 feet on State Highway No. 14, and extends back therefrom with Lot 192 a distance of 119.59 feet to an alley, and back an opposite side with Lot 194 a distance of 125.72 feet to said alley, bordering thereon 75.08 feet. This being the same property conveyed to Brad N. Workman and Mallissa D. Robertson, for and during their joint lives and upon the death of either of them unto the survivor thereof, forever, dated 05/20/2004 and recorded on 06/03/2004 in Book 397, Page 288, in the Mingo County Recorder's Office.
