NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE Notice is hereby given that by virtue of authority vested in the undersigned Trustee by that certain deed of trust executed by SAMUEL DAVID HAWORTH to K.E. MCGINNIS and J. MAURICE CLARK, dated the 26th day of May, 2005, securing HUNTINGTON FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, in Trust Deed Book No. 2010, at page 386, by which was conveyed to the said Trustees the hereinafter described real estate, to secure the payment of a certain note set out and described therein, and the owner and holders of said note, in exercise of the right and authority granted in the aforementioned deed of trust, having appointed Kerry E. Adkins as Substitute Trustee, by that certain Appointment of Substitute Trustee dated the 26th day of September, 2017, and recorded in the aforesaid Clerk's Office in Bonds, Contracts and Leases Book 391, at page 226, and default having been made in the payment of said note, and the said Kerry E. Adkins, Trustee, having been requested so to do by the owner and holder of said note, shall sell to the highest and best bidder, on November 8, 2017, at 10:00 am, at the of the Court House of Cabell County, West Virginia, the following described real estate: All that certain Jot, piece or parcel of land situate in the City of Huntington, Cabell County, West Virginia, designated on a map of the Subdivision of land in said City, known as Riverview, which said map was filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, on the 9th day of August, 1906, as ALL OF LOT NUMBER TWENTY-ONE (21), AND THE EASTERLY SIX FEET OF LOT NUMBER TWENTY-TWO (22), BLOCK NUMBER THREE (3) and being more particnlarly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point in the North line of Guyan Avenue at the comer between Lots 20 and 21; thence with the North line of Guyan Avenue in a westerly direction 46.00 feet to a point; thence with the line between Lot 21 and 22 in a northerly direction 150.00 feet to appoint in South line of a 15.00 foot alley; thence with the South line of said alley in an easterly direction 46.00 feet to a point; thence with the line between Lots 20 and 21 in a southerly direction 150.00 feet to a point of BEGINNING.
