NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE Under authority of that certain Deed of Trust dated October 23, 2001, from Larry G. Tackett to Mitchell Lee Klein, Trustee, of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia in Trust Deed Book No. 1707, at page 675, securing a promissory note in the principal amount of $52,388.20, payable to Oakwood Acceptance Corporation, LLC, and default having been made under the promissory note secured by the aforesaid Deed of Trust and sale requested by Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., as Attorney-in-Fact for The Bank of New York Mellon, as Trustee under Oakwood Mortgage Investors, Inc., Series 2001-E, Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated as of November 1, 2001, as Assignee of the aforesaid Deed of Trust, the undersigned Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at the front door of the Cabell County Courthouse in Huntington, West Virginia on November 16, 2017 at 8:45 a.m., subject to all reservations, exceptions, easements and other matters which appear of record, and subject to all unpaid taxes, if any, the following described real estate, together with the improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging: All that certain tract, piece or parcel of land situate on the waters of Raccoon Creek, a tributary of Beech Fork, in McComas District, Cabell County, West Virginia, and more particularly bounded and described as follows, to-wit: BEGINNING at a sugar tree, thence straight up the point 1,060 feet to two hickories on top of the ridge; thence a straight line 320 feet to a stake in the back line; thence running 1,060 feet south to a stake, thence 320 feet to the point of BEGINNING.
