NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S SALE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that by virtue of authority vested in the undersigned Substitute Trustee by that certain Deed of Trust executed by David A. Pitts and Tammy C. Pitts, to Garry L.Boothe and Bernard T. Nibert, II, Trustees, dated the 16th day of October, 2008, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, in Trust Deed Book No. 2250, Pg. 282, which conveyed unto the said Trustees the hereinafter described real estate to secure the payment of that certain indebtedness set out and described therein, and by Substitution of Trustee Agreement dated the 30th day of August, 2017, and recorded in said Clerk's Office in Bonds, Contracts and Leases Book No. 391, Pg. 59, wherein the undersigned Trustee was appointed as successor to Garry L.
