INVITATION TO BID The Housing Authority of Mingo County will accept sealed bids on MATERIALS FOR REHABILITATION of Serenity Pointe Project in Williamson, WV. Separate Bid packages will consist of: Package 1 - Appliances Package 2 - Cabinetry Package 3 - Flooring/ Painting Package 4 - Plumbing/ Electrical You may contact the office at (304) 475-4663 for bid specifications and/or to schedule an appointment to visit the site. Bidder may choose to place a bid on one or more packages. Bids may be mailed to the Housing Authority of Mingo County, P. O. Box 120, Delbarton, WV 25670 or they may be hand-delivered to the office at 5026 Helena Avenue, Delbarton, West Virginia at any time during office hours. Bids must be clearly marked "SEALED PROPOSAL on MATERIALS FOR REHABILITATION OF SERENITY POINTE PROJECT". Bids will be accepted up to the date of closing. The bid closing date is November 8, 2017, until 12:00 pm at 5026 Helena Avenue, Delbarton, West Virginia, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud or as soon thereafter as the Board may at the regular meeting. The Housing Authority reserves the right to waive any formalities in bids received, to reject any and all bids, to award the bid to the most qualified bidder, or to award the bid to the offeror, which is deemed most favorable.
