ORDER OF PUBLICATION The object of the above entitled action is to eject all occupants from a residence located at 1522 9th Avenue, Huntington, WV. It appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that the Sheriff of Cabell County has attempted service three times upon Rodney Goodson and all other occupants of the residence, but has been unable to execute service. Therefore, in accordance with Court rules, it is ORDERED that Rodney Goodson and any other persons claiming any right to occupy 1522 9th Avenue, Huntington, WV, serve upon counsel for Plaintiff J. Wm. St Clair, 1005 6th Ave., Huntington, WV 25701, an answer or other responsive pleading to the complaint filed in this action on or before December 10, 2017, otherwise judgment by default may be taken both or either of them at any time thereafter.
