NOTICE OF CHANGE IN OPERATING HOURS On September 11, 2017, Allied Waste Sycamore Landfill, LLC filed a tariff amendment with the West Virginia Public Service Commission proposing to amend its current tariff, to modify its Saturday operating hours. The current Saturday operating hours for the disposal of normal household and commercial soild waste, bulky items and appliances, tires and similar general solid waste, contaminated soil, sludge, industrial waste and other waste requiring special handling and/or regulatory or landfill prior approval, are 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. If approved, the Saturday operating hours will change to 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Anyone wishing to protest the above changed in hours of operation or to petition to intervene in the proceeding should do so, in writing, to the Executive Secretary of the Public Service Commission, P.O.
