INVITATION TO BID The Housing Authority of Mingo County will accept sealed bids on FLOORING for Serenity Pointe Project in Williamson, WV. Bid package will consist of: Flooring 30 BOXES 6" Vinyl Baseboard, Bark Color (or comparative color) 700 BOXES Shaw Vinyl Plan, Resort Teak (or comparative color) 180 Tubes Flexco Adhesive You may contact the office at (304) 475-4663 for bid specifications and/or to schedule an appointment to visit the site. Bids may be mailed to the Housing Authority of Mingo County, P. O. Box 120, Delbarton, WV 25670 or they may be hand-delivered to the office at 5026 Helena Avenue, Delbarton, West Virginia at any time during office hours. Bids must be clearly marked "SEALED PROPOSAL on FLOORING. Bids will be accepted up to the date of closing. The bid closing date is December 14, 2017, until 12:00 noon at 5026 Helena Avenue, Delbarton, West Virginia, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud or as soon thereafter as the Board may at the regular meeting. The Housing Authority reserves the right to waive any formalities in bids received, to reject any and all bids, to award the bid to the most qualified bidder, or to award the bid to the offer or, which is deemed most favorable.
