Bryan Lovins and any Unknown Father of the infant child, B.L.N., is hereby notified that this matter shall come on for final hearing before the Honorable Christopher Chiles, Judge of the Circuit Court of Cabell County, West Virginia, on January 23, 2018, at the hour of 9:00 a.m. in his courtroom located in the Cabell County Courthouse, 750 Fifth Avenue, Huntington, West Virginia, at which time Bryan Lovins and any Unknown Father or his representative may appear to defend this action. Bryan Lovins and any Unknow Father is further notified that he may file an Answer, or written defense to the Adoption Petition within thirty (30) days after publication of this notice, by serving a copy of said Answer upon the Petitioners' attorney Noel M.
