Invitation to Bid The owner of the Prichard Building is requesting bids for window restoration and woodwork repairs to their historic property in Huntington, WV. The project includes: 1. The repair/restoration of approximately 70 existing historic wood windows. The project completion date is no later than 5 June 2018 and will be reviewed by the West Virginia State Historic Preservation Office. Contractors will be selected based upon (1) cost (2) experience with similar historic preservation projects, and (3) proven ability to complete the project. The contractor must carry out the described work in compliance with the Secretary of Interior's Standards for Rehabilitation. The bid package is available by calling 304-939-5726.
