Request for Proposals The Housing Authority of the City of Point Pleasant, WV is accepting proposals from qualified firms or individuals for IPA Audit Services for the Authority for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2016 with the possibility of the contract being extended for 2 additional years. The audit consists of 137 Public Housing Units, 125 Housing Choice Vouchers and all other programs associated with the Authority. The audit requirements are in accordance with Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance). The Auditor/Accountants must have prior experience in auditing HUD Housing Authority administered programs and must provide a list of these audits. The Auditor shall provide the Authority with a draft copy of the audit report for review and discussion before issuance and an electronic copy of the audit report in either Word or Adobe PDF format. Sealed proposals will be received until 4:00 p.m. on October 22, 2016, by mail to Ann McCoy, Executive Director P.O. Box 517, Point Pleasant, WV 25550 or hand delivered to the Administrative Office at 404 Second Street, Point Pleasant, WV 25550. At which time all proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud.
