NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE Notice is hereby given that by virtue of authority vested in the undersigned Trustee by that certain deed of trust executed by Roger Ray Thomas, Jr., to K. E. McGinnis and J. Maurice Clark, Trustees, either of whom has full power and authority to act, dated the 19th day of November, 2007, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, in Trust Deed Book No. 2193, at page 284, by which was conveyed to the said Trustees the hereinafter described real estate, to secure the payment of a certain note set out and described therein, and default having been made in the payment of said note, and the said J. B. 668, Pg. 756, S. 54 30' E., 210.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence, S. 11 00' E., 16.55 feetto an iron pipe in the West line of relocated SUNNYCREST DRIVE; thence, with the West line of relocated SUNNYCREST DRIVES. 24 32' W. 95.80 feet to an iron pipe; thence, leaving the West line of said SUNNYCREST DRIVEN. 75 35' W., 198.15 feet to an iron pipe; thence, N. 17 10' E., 130.45 feet to an iron pipe; thence, N. 20 20' E., 55.00 feet to the place of BEGINNING, containing 0.69 acre, more or less, and being subject to a drain easement under the easterly 15.00 feet of said lot and relocated SUNNYCREST DRIVE; as shown on Plat recorded in Deed Book 924 at page 576.
