REQUEST FOR BIDS The Village of Barboursville will be receiving sealed bids for the construction of Kuhn Street and Lewis Avenue combination curb and sidewalk project. The sealed bids will be received November 2, 2016 at the office of the Recorder located at 721 Central Avenue until 11 a.m. Bids will be opened publicly at 2 p.m. the same day. All bidders are required to visit the site by appointment with the Village Engineer. The Contract Documents may be examined at city hall. Plans and specifications may be obtained at the office of the Recorder during regular business hours 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. Mon. thru Fri. The sealed envelope must be marked with the project title. Bidder may not withdraw his bid for a period of thirty (30) days after the date set for the opening of the bids. The Village has the right to accept or reject any/or all bids. LH-47467 10-22,27; 2016
