NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE is hereby given pursuant to and by virtue of the authority vested in the Substitute Trustee, Pill & Pill, PLLC, by that certain Deed of Trust dated June 29, 2011, executed by Borrowers, Kenneth D. Edwards and Judy M. Edwards, to Josh Rayle, the Trustee, of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, in Book 2388, at Page 357. At the time of the execution of the Deed of Trust, this property was reported to have a mailing address of 319 Clemens Court, Huntington, WV 25704. Edwards as shown by the Appraisement of the Estate of Kenneth Dale Edwards, recorded in Book 19, at Page 440, in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia.
