NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE Under authority of that certain Deed of Trust dated October 21, 2013, from Cynthia O. Hayes and Barry S. Hayes to Marc B. Lazenby, Trustee, of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia in Trust Deed Book No. 2511, at page 509, securing a promissory note in the principal amount of $46,496.23, payable to Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., and default having been made under the promissory note secured by the aforesaid Deed of Trust and sale requested by Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., the undersigned Trustee will offer for sale at the front door of the Cabell County Courthouse in Huntington, West Virginia on September 20, 2016 at 11:00 a.m., subject to all reservations, exceptions, easements and other matters which appear of record, and subject to all unpaid taxes, if any, all that certain lot, tract or parcel of land, together with the improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, lying and being in the District of Union, County of Cabell, State of West Virginia, and more particularly bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING in the west line of the Chestnut Knob Road at the corner of the Hobert Davis land; thence with the Davis land line 16 rods to a concrete marker in said line at the Davis and Rex Cooper corner; thence southerly with the Cooper land line 124 feet to another concrete marker; easterly, crossing the Hicks land and established a line between the land conveyed by this deed and the remainder of the Hicks land, 16 rods to a concrete marker in the westerly road line placed 124 feet southerly from the place of BEGINNING, estimated to contain 32,736 square feet, more or less, but being a conveyance by the boundary and not by the square feet or quantity. Being the same property conveyed from Ada K. Fetty, et. al. to Barry S. Hayes and Cynthia O. Hayes, his wife, by Deed dated May 13, 2011, of record in the aforesaid Clerk's office in Deed Book No. 1238, at page 690. Terms of the sale: cash on date of sale.
