NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE is hereby given pursuant to and by virtue of the authority vested in the Substitute Trustee, Pill & Pill, PLLC, by that certain Deed of Trust dated November 7, 2007, executed by the Borrowers, Thomas P. Copley, to Flynn, Max, Miller & Toney, the Trustee(s), of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, in Book 2192, at Page 309. At the time of the execution of the Deed of Trust, this property was reported to have a mailing address of 4886 Pleasant View Road, Huntington, WV 25701. Adkins (DB 1146, P 480), N 24 24' W. 622.00 feet to a 1-inch pipe with orange plastic cap (set) and said pipe inscribed "M. Porter, WV 355", thence N 63 57'20" E, 140.06 feet to a 1-inch pipe with orange plastic cap (set) and inscribed "M. Porter, WV 355", thence S 24 24' E, 634.00 feet to a 1-inch pipe with orange plastic cap (set) and inscribed "M. Porter, WV 355", said pipe also being in the aforesaid northerly right-of-way line of said Pleasant View Road, thence with said right-of-way line the following three (3) courses; S 83 10' W, 33.35 feet to a point in said right-of-way line, thence S 68 42' W, 40.40 feet to a point in said right-of-way line, thence S 62 00' W, 68.00 feet to the place of beginning and containing an area of 2.00 acres, more or less, as surveyed by Michael D. Porter, West Virginia Professional Surveyor No. 355, Parcel B, on the plat attached to the deed recorded in Deed Book 1161 at page 401.
