NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE Under authority of that certain Deed of Trust dated August 1, 2013, from Bryan R. Adkins and Maggie B. Adkins to Marc B. Lazenby, Trustee, of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Wayne County, West Virginia in Trust Deed Book No. 742, at page 596, securing a promissory note in the principal amount of $91,670.14, payable to Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., and default having been made under the promissory note secured by the aforesaid Deed of Trust and sale requested by Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., the undersigned Trustee will offer for sale at the front door of the Wayne County Courthouse in Wayne, West Virginia, on February 9, 2017 at 11:00 a.m., subject to all reservations, exceptions, easements and other matters which appear of record, and subject to all unpaid taxes, if any, all of that certain lot, tract or parcel of land, together with the improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, as follows: All that certain tract or parcel of property on Big Sandy River Road north of Fort Gay in Butler District of Wayne County, West Virginia, and being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a rebar cap (found) at the west right of way line of Big Sandy River Road and at the northeast corner of Vernon Wilson Sr. (DB #642 Pg #690); thence leaving said right of way line and running with Wilson, North 46-28-32 West 167.80 feet to a rebar and cap (found) at the northeast corner of Ronnie L. Dillon (DB #533 pg #620), North 42-17-55 East 247.83 feet to a rebar and cap (set) at the south right of way line of a 30' road; thence running with said right of way line, South 55-49-10 East 148.92 feet to a rebar and cap (set) at the west right of way line of Big Sandy River Road; thence leaving said right of way line of said 30' road and running with said right of way line of Big Sandy River Road, South 25-40-23 West 43.34 feet; South 27-56-17 West 125.19 feet; South 36-50-08 West 110.87 feet to the point of beginning, containing 47,310.1 square feet or One and Eight-six thousandths (1.086) acres.
