NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE Under authority of that certain Deed of Trust dated September 29, 2001, from Shannon McSweeney and Pamela Sue Napier to Michael Hooper, Trustee, of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Wayne County, West Virginia in Trust Deed Book No. 531, at page 348, securing a promissory note in the principal amount of $67,091.78, payable to Oakwood Acceptance Corporation, and default having been made under the promissory note secured by the aforesaid Deed of Trust and sale requested by Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., as Attorney-in-Fact for The Bank of New York Mellon, as Trustee under Oakwood Mortgage Investors, Inc., Series 2001-E, Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated as of November 1, 2001, as Assignee of the aforesaid Deed of Trust, the undersigned Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at the front door of the Wayne County Courthouse in Wayne, West Virginia on September 20, 2016 at 9:30 a.m., subject to all reservations, exceptions, easements and other matters which appear of record, and subject to all unpaid taxes, if any, all that certain piece or parcel of real estate, together with the improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate on the waters of Camp Creek, Stonewall District, Wayne County, West Virginia, being more particularly bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a stake in South R/W line of Camp Creek Road, said point being North West corner of Ezra and Georgia Russell property; thence down a drain S 21-00 E 10 rods to a stake at mouth of said drain and in Camp Creek; thence across Camp Creek S 13-00 E 7 1/2 rods to a maple on a steep bank; thence S. 50-15 W about 120' to a beech in old fence line; thence down the hill and across Camp Creek N 40-30 W 240' passing through a small sycamore in the bottom to a stake in South R/W line of Camp Creek Road; thence with said R/W line N 48-00 E 157' to a stake; thence N 56-15 E 66' to the beginning, containing 1.25 acres, more or less. Being the same property conveyed from Charlotta Clay to Pamela Sue Napier, by Deed dated August 16, 2001, of record in the aforesaid Clerk's office in Deed Book No. 615, at page 571.
