NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE Under authority of that certain Deed of Trust dated March 31, 2010, from Robert M. Wilson and Michelle R. Wilson to Casie McGee, Trustee, of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Wayne County, West Virginia in Trust Deed Book No. 697, at page 762, securing a promissory note in the principal amount of $58,549.74, payable to Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., and default having been made under the promissory note secured by the aforesaid Deed of Trust and sale requested by Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., the undersigned Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at the front door of the Wayne County Courthouse in Wayne, West Virginia, on February 9, 2017 at 11:15 a.m., subject to all reservations, exceptions, easements and other matters which appear of record, and subject to all unpaid taxes, if any, all that certain lot, piece or parcel of ground, together with the improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate on Rush Branch of Mill Creek, Lincoln District, Wayne County, West Virginia, and being more particularly bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at an iron pin (set) in the northerly right of way of Local Service Route 34 corner to the Rush Branch Baptist Church lot and Robert Porter (D.B. 377, pg. 75); thence with said church lot N. 2 20' W. 81.73 feet to an iron pin (set); thence N. 50 18' W. 126.06 feet to an iron pin (set); thence severing the lands of said Porter, N. 60 19' E. 265.10 feet to an iron pin (set); thence S. 17 21' E. 234.12 feet to an iron pin (set) in the west line of a 12 foot right of way and in the north line of said Route 34; thence with said Route 34, S. 70 41' W. 211.59 feet to the BEGINNING, containing one and six hundredths (1.06) acres. EXCEPTING and RESERVING, however, mineral rights which were reserved in previous conveyances. Being the same property conveyed from Michelle R. Wilson to Robert M. Wilson and Michelle R. Wilson, husband and wife, by Deed dated March 31, 2010, of record in the aforesaid Clerk's office in Deed Book No. 669, at page 249. Terms of the sale: cash on date of sale.
