It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Kenneth McCloud and And/or Any Current Occupants are individual defendants and that the plaintiff has used due diligence to ascertain the residence or whereabouts of the defendants, without effect, and that in this actin that Emmanuel D. Voces, Esquire, counsel for plaintiff, has used diligence to ascertain the whereabouts of the defendants Kenneth McCloud and And/or Any Current Occupants via personal service on July 29, 2016 without effect, it is therefore ORDERED that Kenneth McCloud and And/or Any Current Occupants do appear and serve upon Emmanuel D.
