The object of this suit is to quiet title to real estate described as follows: Situate in the City of Huntington, Cabell County, West Virginia, being more particularly described as follows: LOT NUMBER 20, in Block ''G'' as shown on map of the Bungalow Addition to Huntington, West Virginia, which map is of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, in Deed Book 140, at page 226; It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Plaintiff has used diligence to ascertain the residence or whereabouts of the named Defendant, Elma Jean Williams, and Unknown Heirs of Elma Jean Williams, without effect, and that others are or may be persons, other than those named above as Plaintiff and Defendants, interested in the subject matter of this action, whose names are unknown to the Plaintiff and who are made Defendants by the general description of unknown defendants, that is, person/parties unknown; IT IS ORDERED that each of them serve upon Paul J. Prunty, plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 430 Sixth Avenue, Huntington, West Virginia 25701, an Answer including any related counterclaim, or other defense to the Complaint filed in this action on or before the 24th day of September, 2016, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against them at any time thereafter.
