INVITATION TO BID Marshall University, on behalf of the Board of Governors, invites sealed bids to provide all work, including but not limited to labor, material, equipment, supplies and transportation for Jenkins Hall Upgrades and Renovations A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. on August 31, 2017 in the Marshall University Memorial Student Center, Room #2W22. Attendance is mandatory for the following contractors: General Contractors, Mechanical Subcontractors, and Electrical Contractors. Bidders must attend the pre-bid meeting to familiarize themselves with the project location, site conditions, and other relevant information. Should any Bidder fail to attend their Bid will be disqualified. Sealed bids shall be accepted until 3:00pm on Thursday, September 14, 2017. At that time bids will be opened, read aloud, and recorded in the Office of Purchasing, Room 125, Old Main Building, Marshall University Campus.
