IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF LOGAN COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA IN RE: THE PETITION FOR ADOPTION OF A MINOR CHILD, NAMELY, SARA ELIZABETH WORKMAN ADOPTION NO: 17-A-6 ORDER OF PUBLICATION THIS ORDER OF PUBLICATION regarding the above - referenced civil action is intended to serve as notice of hearing upon the biological father, Justin Bowens, pertaining to the minor child, Sara Elizabeth Workman, born, December 17, 2008, who is currently in the custody of the Petitioners, Jerry Workman and Connie Workman, the maternal grandparents. It does appear by affidavit filed in this case that the biological father, Justin Bowens, is possibly a resident of Logan County, West Virginia. LET IT BE KNOWN this is a legal notice to the County of Logan, West Virginia, for the public and the biological father herein, Justin Bowens, that there is a hearing on the 30th day of August, 2017, at 2:00 o'clock p.m. in the Circuit Court of Logan County, West Virginia, and that Justin Bowens may appear for said hearing to show cause, if any he can, as to why the relief requested in Petitioners' Petition for Adoption should not be granted upon proper hearing. That failure to appear at said hearing can and my result in the granting of the Petitioner's relief requested in the Petitioner's Petition for Adoption.
